You will then receive a \u2018Welcome to your new subscription\u2019 email with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your subscription number to quote in any queries about your subscription<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contract details for your subscription, including start and end dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>instructions for getting set up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>links to help and support for getting started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t receive this email after your purchase, please check your junk folder. You will receive a \u2018Welcome to your new subscription\u2019 email containing your contract information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New to Oxford Owl for School? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re completely new to Oxford Owl for School (i.e. you\u2019ve never registered as a free user), you\u2019ll also receive a confirmation email. You&#8217;ll need to follow the link in this email to confirm your login and password.
