If you are creating your own usernames and passwords, please note:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Usernames<\/strong> must consist of a minimum of 4 characters and should only contain letters, numbers, dots, or underscores. Other special characters are not accepted and usernames cannot start with, or consist solely of, the allowable special characters. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passwords<\/strong> must consist of at least 5 characters, but special characters, numbers and letters are all accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can fill in parent email field which enables parents and carers to request a password&nbsp;reminder. <strong>Please note: <\/strong>it is not obligatory add parent email addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the student\u2019s year group from the drop-down menu and click&nbsp;<strong>Add student<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Download Sign In card<\/strong>&nbsp;to download the student\u2019s login details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Done<\/strong>&nbsp;to confirm the addition of this student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your student will now be visible in the&nbsp;<strong>Students<\/strong>&nbsp;tab. You may need to refresh your browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now add your student to a&nbsp;class.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Add-Multi-Student\"><strong>Adding multiple students<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Top tip:&nbsp;<\/strong>We recommend that you upload classes individually, as this will make it easier for you to download and distribute Sign In cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Manage students<\/strong>&nbsp;from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Add Students<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Import students<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this is your first time importing students using this method you can select <strong>Download template <\/strong>to download our easy to use .CSV template. <strong>Please note:<\/strong> You must not alter the headers provided in the template in any way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import your completed .CSV document either by dragging it to the box labelled <strong>Drop CSV file here<\/strong> or selecting <strong>Choose from your computer <\/strong>and locating the file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now review and edit your list of imported users and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the classes your imported users are being added to and click <strong>Import users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>* Please ensure that you have the appropriate permission or authority to supply anyone else\u2019s personal information.
